Recruiter
Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment (preferably in sales, IT sales, business development) and strong communication skills in English. You will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and related positions.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement hiring strategies.
Requirements:

1–2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably focused on sales roles).

Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Familiarity with online sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
