
B2B Sales Manager /Retail Segment
To lead and drive B2B sales growth within the retail sector by acquiring and managing business clients through lead generation, cold calling, and relationship management.
The B2B Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s international client base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting the retail sector.

Research the market and make reports

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Conduct cold calls, demos, and virtual meetings to convert prospects into customers.

Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and corporate clients.

Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings when required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B and international sales, preferably in retail, telecom, SaaS, or related sectors.

Strong background in lead generation and cold calling.

Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken (additional languages a plus).

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skilled in client negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.

Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.

Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
