
Business Development Manager/Voice
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our international Voice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale voice trading, carrier relations, and route development, with proven experience in building and maintaining profitable interconnections globally.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new voice partners, carriers, and clients in the wholesale market.

Manage and expand existing customer and supplier relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.

Negotiate interconnect agreements, bilateral deals, and rate updates with carriers and partners.

Collaborate with the routing and technical teams to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, and stability.

Monitor traffic performance, analyze margins, and take proactive actions to optimize routes.

Represent the company at telecom conferences, exhibitions, and online meetings.

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and rate movements.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in international voice wholesale or carrier relations.

Strong network of operators, aggregators, and Tier 1–3 carriers.

Deep understanding of CLI, non-CLI, retail, and call center routes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to manage margins effectively.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
-
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Success Metrics (KPIs)

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets for voice traffic.

Onboard new active partners per quarter (buyers and suppliers).

Maintain and improve average gross margin percentage across all routes.

Increase traffic volume and wallet share from existing partners
-
Ensure timely deal execution and customer satisfaction, with consistent follow-up and reporting.
