
Senior Business Analyst and Growth Manager/SMS
This role will be primarily focused on product creation and market expansion, with strong involvement in business analysis, client engagement, strategic growth planning, and internal collaboration across key departments.
The candidate will act as a bridge between product development and business growth functions, leveraging data and market insight to drive measurable outcomes. While other profile variations can be considered, the emphasis remains on a product-driven, analytically strong, and strategically aligned candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Product Development

Conduct deep market research and industry trend analysis to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and potential markets (e.g., Retail, E-commerce, Fintech, Gaming, Affiliate).

Lead efforts in the creation of compelling retail-focused products based on customer profiles and data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product tasks, data collection requirements, pricing strategies, routing, and solution planning.

Strategic Partnerships & Client Engagement

Act as a strategic partner for key clients, participating in negotiations and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

Represent the company at industry events and forums, showcasing our products and competitive advantages.

Participate directly in high-value and complex deal negotiations, providing industry expertise and market insights.
Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 6–12 months focused on scaling operations, increasing market share, and boosting revenue.

Create and implement structured growth strategies aimed at financial gain and long-term client satisfaction.

Define short-term goals in line with company objectives, including revenue targets and customer engagement KPIs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Tech, Pricing, Routing, and Product teams to align efforts and share key business intelligence.

Contribute to procurement processes and vendor/customer negotiations alongside the Sales team.

Represent the Sales/BD perspective in cross-functional projects, particularly in relation to new tools, routes, automations, and process improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Maintain deep understanding of internal company processes including routing, pricing, account performance, technical support, customer onboarding, import/export regulations, and more.

Oversee performance metrics, traffic profiles, deal cycles, and system data to support business decision-making.

Support implementation of smart routing, pricing optimization, automation, and data-driven tools to improve performance
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in business analysis, growth management, or strategic partnerships, ideally within telecom, tech, retail, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of pricing models, routing, traffic management, and product development processes.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional projects and align diverse teams around shared goals.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with Retail/E-commerce/Fintech/Gaming/Affiliate sectors is a plus.
