Data Analyst.
On this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, preparing management reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and experience in financial data analysis. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams, contribute to process improvements, and drive automation initiatives that enhance FP&A and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze financial and operational data

Prepare periodic management reports and presentations

Conduct cost-benefit analysis and budget vs. actual performance reviews

Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to support business growth

Support control and reporting processes while driving process improvements

Contribute to automation initiatives and data-driven insights for FP&A

Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field

3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within finance or related fields

Knowledge of accounting – a significant advantage

High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, reporting automation)

Practical knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Python (for reporting, and data analysis)

Fluency in English (spoken & written)

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn quickly

Excellent communication skills
